Perfect every time. Just out of oven at 9.30pm. These are wheat, spelt and sunflower seeds...100% organic. Next time, back to the sourdough....i'll mix starter tonight.....ready to go in 5 or 6 days. Should have consumed these loaves by then ! But would prefer to share.
