A good time had by one and all...On The Road To Abbotsbury...Thought of that other B.H. - On The Road To Morrocco. Ha, ha, ha... OH! - at the beginning of my trip, i directed 2 cyclists in Weymouth to the Chickerell Road...they were going to Lyme Regis!...i pass them on bus, and they return my wave, from upstairs back-of-bus... well along the Chickerell Road.
Waiting for bus back to Weymouth, from Abbotsbury bus stop, i suddenly realise, that the 2 girls having refreshments at The Swan pub, are same 2 cyclists. i cross the road to chat, and they say they are content  to have made such good time. No big climb out of Abbotsbury towards West Bay for them however...but along the beach to West Bexington, after Sub-tropical Gardens...
i wished i were going with them...

WHILE WATCHING "NORWEGIAN WOOD" ON TV.

i think of
the little notebook
made for me
with the black-
cloth binding
& the japanese
patterned-paper
with cherry-blossoms
& an outline
of Mt. Fuji
& it's raining.

i am watching a
japanese film
dreaming in &
out of it
as i think of
the little notebook
in this quiet house
this evening
but for a girl
who sings
that Beatles song.

& i will write the
words of this poem
in that book
for it is
to be useful &
practical &
 "not a precious thing" -
but it is to me
it is to me
& it is snowing
& it is snowing...

WHEN i WOKE-UP THIS MORNING...

Early to bed etcetera, really does work best for me. Up at  3 a.m. - with bread to make - but really too early. 4 a.m. - on phone, talking to elder brother in Melbourne, while i  eat strawberries. 5a.m. - out around Goldcroft with  camera - still very dark. Wanted mist and fog, for photos  of Radipole Lake, but shot what was. Up and down  on mountain-bike. At 6 a.m. - on here, blogging.... 6.24  a.m. - about to "publish"....etcetera, etcetera....yoga,  zazen, bread, farmer's market...infinite choice...never a  dull moment ?...Well! - sometimes!Think of song by THE KILLERS. For now - andiamo, a bientot, see ya later...X
