RECIPE
500gms malthouse flour
200gms spelt flour
1.5tsp quick yeast
0.5tsp salt
2tsp sugar
1.5Tbsp olive oil
400mls warm water

Knead dough mindfully and lovingly
for a few minutes.
Leave to prove in a warm place until
doubled in size - about 1 hour.
There is now enuf time for asana and/or sitting practice.
If sitting, do not fall asleep!

Bake for approx. 35 minutes in a hot pre-heated oven.
Resume zazen etc....but, again, do not fall asleep!
